Molly Gaeckle graduated from the University of Minnesota studying Global Studies and Horticulture. During and after college she got involved in the local food community working as a farmhand on several vegetable farms in the metro area as well as farmers markets and a local grocery cooperative. She saw organic and sustainable farming practices first hand through these communities and now aims to apply those same principles to flowers. Molly was inspired to grow and design flowers as an endeavour to spread joy and engage her creative side. After realizing the gap in our local flower industry, it became a clear path to pursue and quickly spiraled into starting a small farmer-florist business. You can find Northerly Flora at 40th Street and 42nd Avenue in Longfellow Minneapolis.
