August Centerpiece Workshop

This hands-on workshop begins with a tour of our urban farm, where we will share insights into our growing methods and seasonal varieties. Back in the studio, we will cover essential design principles and color techniques as you choose your centerpiece ingredients from a generous display of freshly cut flowers from our farm to compose your own unique arrangement.


What’s included:

  • A guided farm walk and discussion

  • All floral materials and a reusable vase

  • Professional design instruction

  • Light snacks and refreshments


Due to the small class sizes and allocation of fresh product, workshops are non-refundable. If more than a week in advance, we can offer class switches to a different workshop date.

All about Dahlias! Arranging and Growing Workshop

Workshop Date: October 8th, 5-7:00pm

This workshop is for the dahlia fanatics! Join us for a session focused on our favorite autumnal focal flower, where you will learn the techniques of seasonal centerpiece design and the fundamentals of dahlia care.

We will begin with an educational deep dive into the nuances of how to grow, dig, and store dahlia tubers in your own garden. Back in the studio, we will cover design principles and color techniques as you choose your centerpiece ingredients from a generous display of freshly cut dahlias from our farm.

If you’re already growing dahlias at home, this workshop is timed perfectly for your questions on what to do this fall to dig them up at the end of the season and save them for next year.

  • Detailed instructional information on growing, digging, and storing dahlias

  • A wide variety of farm-fresh dahlias and a ceramic vase

  • Hands-on guidance in floral design and color theory
